A Charcoal Barbeque Grill taste the difference
Filed under: Uncategorized, cahrcoal barbecue grill
People swear that a charcoal barbeque grill will make a huge difference in taste when grilling. The big difference between a propane grill and charcoal barbecue grill is that your meats absorb the flavor of the charcoals adding a strong, smokey flavor to your burgers, hotdogs and chicken and other meats.
Whether you’re a professional grillmaster or just a casual outdoor griller, there’s no comparing a charcoal barbeque grill to any other type of grill.
Here are a few features you should consider when choosing a charcoal grill.
1) Grill Size and Height – The size of the charcoal barbeque grill is important. While there are smaller, hibatchi style grills, a waste high grill is perfect so it doesn’t strain your back.
2) Venting – Proper venting while the top is kept on the grill is important for several reason. First, it allows enough air to circulate keeping the charcoal burning hot and properly cooking your food. Second, it allows for the charcoal smoke to escape just enough to not over saturate the food, adding too much of a smokey flavor.
3) Grilling surface adjustments – It’s always important to have an adjustable height grate where you can move your cooking surface both closer and further away from the charcoal. This allows for faster, or slower cooking of the meats.
While natural gas and propane gas grills have become popular because of the ease and quickness to get everything setup and cooking, a charcoal barbeque grill will always be a stable for real outdoor grilling during the summer months.
